I’m Tonia Bautista, the heart & soul of this concierge bartending service based in Oregon. A lifetime in the service industry and an unsatiated appetite for life has taken me on a path for multifarious experiences. An abundance of social environments, venues, events, and cultures ranging from high-energy nightclubs and Vegas-scorched poolside cocktails at the Hard Rock Hotel, to elegant weddings, intimate celebrations, and major corporate galas. I bring a depth of experience that has been richly-diversely cultivated. I understand what it takes to create moments that feel effortless, refined, and memorable.

A breadth of experience you can trust—having successfully served events of every scale and flavor: from the Espy & Billboard Awards to PGA tournaments & Indy car races, I have seen more weddings than the wedding-singer, been there for baptisms, to bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, even to the celebration of a life responsibly managing my key role to elevate spirits to that point that is just right. I have practiced this on many from guests attending the Beaverton Mayor’s Ball to the rugged rural members of Oregon Hunter’s Association, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, celebrations to commence donors at Make-A-Wish fundraisers, First Thursday Art Walks in Portland’s Pearl district, local radio-sponsored contest winner’s private pop-up performances given by artists in town on tour and one of the best was in the theme “I beat cancer, I win!”.I’ve prepared cocktails at gala’s, grand openings, fashion shows, Kentucky Derby & Super Bowl hosted bars at private estates. I have had the pleasure to work in multiple vineyards, and built a reputation as a preferred vendor. Whether crafting hot-holiday signatures for V.I.P.’s attending Portland’s tree lighting ceremony or in charge of the spirits for a private comedy nights I am prepared, professional and focused on your goals for your guests and the purpose of your event.

Having bartended for local businesses as Tillamook Cheese Factory, Dr. Brew Kombucha, New Relic Software, & Intel serving the employees while Nike, Adidas, & Columbia Sportswear events private or public where the focus are exhibits. This is how I have come to be confident when  navigating through secured spaces. I can pass background checks if required and prioritize privacy while moving through your space whether it is an office or your home.    

A true partner in planning and execution Concierge bar service means more than crafting cocktails. I help with planning and procurement, for signatures and mocktails, & use fresh organic products to create herbal/spiced/fruit mixes, offer add egg whites & dehydrated garnishes, can craft one-of-a-kind ice cubes. There is almost nothing I won’t do to create the experience you envision. In addition due to my obsession with quality ice led to investing in my own double filtered commercial ice machine. The clear cubes are great cocktails & chilling & the convenience of delivery has become a product I sell exclusively to local caterers & venues but also serves the benefits of clients from buying, packing, moving & storing hundred+ pounds, which trust me, saves you valuable time..

I’m a proud Oregon-raised woman who has explored the West Coast to the East Coast, the Caribbean, Mexico, British Columbia & the birthplace of my husband and his ancestry, Hawaii. Our home reflects a blend of cultures that informs my hospitality approach and my appreciation for diverse celebrations as well as strengthen my appreciation for beauty of the Pacific Northwest  which supports my active athletic lifestyle. When I am not working you are likely to find me hill climbing the southern Oregon dunes, cruising backroads on my Ninja 650, paddling our beautiful lakes. I also enjoy playing basketball & soccer regularly to stay fit—qualities that translate into the energy and stamina I bring to long event days. My proudest accomplishment however is being a mom & wife which is likely why I find this work so fulfilling. I feel so honored when hired to be a part of dynamics of family-centered celebrations and respect the value of culture.
